Feasting

Ticket prices include full catering from the brilliant Heatree catering team for:

Friday: Evening meal

Saturday: Breakfast, lunch and dinner

Sunday: Breakfast

We’re talking full english breakfast, hearty dinners and plenty of dessert!

As this year’s weekend falls on Mothering Sunday, we know many will have lunch plans. So instead of eating together, we’ll wrap up after our Sunday morning gathering to give everyone time to head off before lunch.

Please let us know your dietary requirements when you book your ticket.

What can I expect?

We believe that a weekend spent together can accelerate community and friendship within our church family in ways that go beyond our usual Sundays!

There will be talks, worship and prayer; and also lots of time for exploring the great outdoors or taking it easy inside! Think campfires, games, walks, cold-water dips, lots of cake, boardgames, good conversation and places to get some down time if you want it!

In true St Gregory’s style we’ll also be throwing a big party on the Saturday night with a silent disco and a few fun surprises!

Kids and Youth

We have some seriously fun and exciting plans in the mix for our Kids and Youth sessions and will be in touch with more information very soon!

We’ll also have a parent-led Sandy-Toes space for 0-4’s.

Dogs?

With the exception of guide dogs, guests are not allowed to bring pets to Heatree.

Travel

We will be staying at…

Heatree Activity Centre, Manaton, Dartmoor, Devon, TQ13 9XE

The best way to travel is by car! If you don’t have a car please do get in touch with us on esther@stgregorys.uk

It takes around 1 hr 40 minutes to get from Newquay to Heatree and the car park is right next to the house.

We’ll send out further helpful details closer to the event.

Can I just come for the day?

We believe that to get the most out of the weekend away; it’s best that you’re there all weekend! In addition to this limited capacity at Heatree means we have to prioritise space for those who would like to come for the whole weekend!

However we know it may not be possible for everyone so if there is still space closer to the the time we will be able to release day tickets.

Please email Esther Wren on esther@stgregorys.uk if you’d like to register your interest for a day ticket.
