Sundays
We gather every Sunday at St Columb Minor Church (76 Church St, Newquay TR7 3EY).
We have two gatherings! Come along to either the 4pm or the 6pm. We have a café between the two gatherings at 5:30pm! Occasionally, we do meet in other locations, and do different activities on Sunday, so check our ‘What’s On’ page or social media updates.
We have groups for all ages at 4pm (Sandy Toes, ages 0–4; Kids, Reception to Year 6; Younger Youth, Years 7–9). For more info on kids and youth visit our pages. Feel free to get in touch with us at hello@stgregorys.uk
Accessibility
At St Gregory’s we want everyone to feel at home and we are committed to making sure everyone can participate fully in Sunday worship and wider events. If you have any specific accessibility needs, please let us know by emailing hello@stgregorys.uk.
St Columb Minor Church has an accessible toilet and step free access.
Reserved Seating: Accessible seating is available near the entrance for those with additional needs.
Visual Support: Song lyrics and readings are projected clearly across the church for those with sight difficulties.
Family-Friendly Spaces: We offer children’s corners (in Sandy Toes), space for prams, and baby-changing facilities and please don’t worry if your kids are noisy, we love having families with us!
Communion Assistance: If you are unable to come forward to receive communion, we are happy to bring it to you, just let one of our team know.
If you have any safeguarding considerations (e.g. involvement with social services, probation, a personal carer or similar), please let us know in advance. We’ll complete a risk assessment and an attending-church agreement with the Diocesan Safeguarding team. If you need assistance during an emergency evacuation, we can also put you on our PEEP list.
We welcome those that are leaving prison and are registered with the Welcome Directory.
