On Scatter Sunday, instead of gathering all together as a community, we get involved with one of four different events dispersed across our deanery. There is something for everyone and it's a fantastic opportunity to invite friends and family to come along too.

Jesus sends out 72 of his closest followers, scattering workers into the field to go and seek a plentiful harvest. We want to continue to follow in this line and scatter out into the field that Jesus has prepared.

If you aren't able to come along to one of the four events, use this week as a reminder to pray for your local community and host some friends or neighbours for something. Whether a cup of tea, or a 10 course meal, there is a powerful joy in extending love to people through our hospitality.
